By accessing or using Pereniful™ ("the Service"), operated by VARIIUS™, a subsidiary of TCO Ventures, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Pereniful™ is a web-based gardening and plant tracking application that provides plant care scheduling, AI-powered gardening assistance, plant identification, weather-based insights, and related features. The Service is available as a subscription-based product accessible via web browser.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at pereniful-support@variius.com within 30 days of the charge.

The Service includes AI-powered features (COMPIIS™) that provide gardening advice, plant identification, and diagnosis suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may occasionally be inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Always verify important gardening decisions with a trusted local nursery or gardening professional.
The Service, including its design, features, content, and branding (Pereniful™, COMPIIS™, VARIIUS™), is owned by VARIIUS™ and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Content you create within the Service (plants, notes, photos, growth logs) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the Service for your use.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VARIIUS™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of plants, crops, or garden outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
